Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Estimated delivery after dispatch: • Metro cities: 2–4 business days • Other locations: 4–7 business days Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or remote pin codes.

A flat shipping charge of ₹40 may apply unless otherwise stated at checkout. Trade/bulk shipments may have separate freight terms.

Once your order is placed, you can track status from Track Order using your order number, or from My Account → Orders after logging in.

Please ensure your shipping address, phone and pincode are correct. Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details are the customer’s responsibility.
