Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return/replacement if: • The product received is damaged, leaking, or spoiled • You received the wrong product or incorrect quantity • The seal is broken on arrival (with photo evidence)

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging and order number.

Opened and partially used spice packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective or incorrect as delivered. Change of mind returns are not accepted for food products.

After verification, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method (online) or as agreed for COD. Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank/UPI provider.
